EMS PCR app for iPhone and iPad

EMS PCR is a full-featured, electronic patient care report (PCR) for the iPad. It allows EMTs, paramedics, and other EMS personnel to enter electronic Patient Care Records. Such PCRs include: patient contact information (name, address, gender, date of birth, telephone number) and assessments (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse, respirations, SPO2, chief complaint, clinical impression, medical history, mechanism of injury, allergies, medications, treatments, and full narrative) . Multiple, time-stamped assessments can be entered for each patient. Note: the basic version allows the entry of 2 patients. Upgrade to the Plus version for entry of unlimited patients and the ability to email any patient assessment to any valid email address for recording and/or later printing. After upgrading, press the "Transmit" button on the Assessment Detail screen and select "Email the assessment" on the next screen. This will bring up a form to fill out with the email address that you want to send the assessment to, with all of the assessment data pre-formatted. Then press the "Send" button to send the email.
